Printer rental and repair FAQ

ASG’s rental fee covers the machine, toner, parts, repairs, technician visits, and setup on your office network. If the machine isn’t fixed within 2 hours, we swap in another unit.

ASG’s standard rental contract is 1 year and comes with a brand-new machine.

If you have never rented before, you can start with a 6-month contract to try it out. There’s no deposit, and your first invoice arrives after a month of use.

The contract can end early after you talk it through with the ASG team. Under the contract, the monthly rent for the remaining months is still billed.

For events, ASG also rents by the day or week.

Yes, ASG offers a free 3-day trial. Our sales team visits first to see what your office needs and explain the rental options. Then we install the trial unit, and you can read the draft contract during those 3 days.

On an annual rental contract, ASG delivers a new machine. For businesses that print little, there’s a lower-cost option with a used machine.

Yes. At ASG, old office photocopiers and printers can be traded in for a new rental machine, and the value comes off your rental bill. Send the model and a photo on WhatsApp for a valuation. See how trade-in works.

Yes. Individual villa owners, including foreigners, can rent from ASG without a PT. You pay by bank transfer, or in cash for amounts under Rp 5 million.

Yes. ASG’s standard rental contract is 1 year, and first-time renters can start with a 6-month contract to try the rental setup. Many then move on to an annual contract.

ASG’s printer rental starts at Rp 350,000 a month, excluding 11% VAT. The exact price depends on the machine, color, and how many pages you print a month. We send a written quote by WhatsApp or email.

ASG has machines with a 500 to 1,000 page monthly quota for small offices. With a rental, no one on your team has to look after the printer, because ASG handles toner, repairs, and parts.

Above about 1,000 pages a month, renting from ASG is usually cheaper because toner, repairs, parts, and a replacement machine are covered with no upfront cost.

For light printing, ASG has machines with a 500 to 1,000 page monthly quota, so no one on staff has to look after a printer. The full calculation is in our rent or buy article.

Yes, ASG attaches the tax invoice to each monthly invoice. Just send your company NPWP when you order. Foreign-owned (PMA) companies too, as long as they have an NPWP.

ASG accepts bank transfer to its accounts at BCA, Mandiri, BRI, and BNI. Amounts under Rp 5 million can also be paid in cash. Card payments are not available yet.

For humid seaside locations, ASG often suggests an Epson ink printer, because the paper isn’t heated, plus regular maintenance by our technician.

Yes.

Every machine supports AirPrint for Mac and iPhone, and the tax invoice comes with every monthly invoice.

PMA companies get a tax invoice too, as long as they have an NPWP, and our quotes are in English by default.

Contracts are bilingual (English and Indonesian), and invoices in English are available on request. See office printer rental.

ASG suggests the Kyocera MZ2501ci or MZ3501ci: A3 color multifunction machines at 1,200 × 1,200 dpi, so fine lines and colors stay sharp.

ASG suggests a fast machine such as the Kyocera MA6000ifx (60 pages a minute, A4/F4) or an A3 multifunction for bulk copying.

Papers can be printed close to exam day so they don’t leak. For exam season only, there are 2 to 4 week rental packages. See school printer rental.

Use PIN printing on an ASG rental machine: the document only comes out after the PIN is typed at the machine, so no medical record is left in the tray.

Yes. Daily and weekly rental in Bali and Lombok, from Rp 250,000 a day. The machine is delivered and tested the day before, toner included, and we collect it afterwards. See daily printer rental.

No, ASG's 3-hour guarantee covers contract clients (rental, annual service contract, ASG Total Maintenance, and charge per click) in the core areas of Bali, Lombok, and Labuan Bajo, during business hours, counted from the time you report.

Yes, ASG (PT Aneka Sarana Grafika) is a Kyocera Authorized Master Dealer, valid from 2 January 2026 to 31 December 2027. For Epson and HP, ASG rents and repairs the machines. See certificates and partners.

A printer only prints. A multifunction machine prints, copies, and scans, and that is what people now call a photocopier. Of our 22 machines, 17 are multifunction, 4 are printer-only, and 1 is a scanner.

ASG has A4 machines, machines that take both A4 and F4, and A3 machines. If your office prints a lot of F4, use the size filter in the catalog.

Yes, every printer and multifunction machine in the ASG catalog supports AirPrint, so you can print from a Mac, iPhone, or iPad. Our technician connects the machine to your office network during installation, with free cabling up to about 10 meters.

Yes. Every Kyocera machine rented from ASG has free Job Accounting to limit printing per department. PIN printing is available on A3 machines; on the Kyocera MA4000x it needs an extra SD card.
