Buluh Indah No.126, North Denpasar, has served Bali since 2016. We rent and service Kyocera, Epson, and HP copiers and printers for hotels, villas, restaurants, and offices across Bali, except Nusa Penida.
Toner, repairs, and parts are included in the rental.
How long does a technician take to reach Ubud, Canggu, or Uluwatu?
Ubud, Canggu, and Uluwatu are all in ASG’s core area in Bali.
Contract clients get help over WhatsApp first, and if that doesn’t fix it, a technician arrives within 3 hours of reporting, during business hours.
For one-off repairs without a contract, we aim for the same day.
Do you cover Nusa Penida, Singaraja, or Lovina?
Partly. ASG covers Singaraja, but without the 3-hour guarantee because of the drive. Nusa Penida isn’t covered yet. For other parts of Buleleng, like Lovina, ask us on WhatsApp first.
Can I visit the ASG Bali office?
Yes. The ASG Bali office is at Jl. Buluh Indah No.126, North Denpasar, open Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and Saturday 8:30 am to 12:30 pm, closed on Sundays and public holidays.
What if the machine breaks down after hours or on Sunday?
Message ASG on WhatsApp. If it’s urgent, say month-end closing or a stopped cashier, we still send the area technician. The 3-hour guarantee counts business hours only.
Can you repair a printer not rented from ASG?
Yes, ASG repairs your own Kyocera, HP, and Epson business printers in Denpasar, even if they were not rented from ASG. We check the machine first and quote before any work. See repairs for your own copier.
Which machine suits a beachfront villa or hotel?
Salty air makes machines rust faster and paper absorb moisture. For these places we often suggest Epson business ink printers, with routine checks scheduled more often. Keep paper reams in a dry, closed place.
How much does copier rental cost in Bali?
Copier rental at ASG Bali starts at Rp 395,000 a month for a Kyocera MA4000x with 1,000 pages included, terms and conditions apply. The price is the same across our Bali service area. See printer rental prices.
