What sets the value of your old machine
These four things set the valuation. The table below is an illustration for an office in Denpasar.

Yes, ASG takes old office photocopiers and printers of any brand and type as trade-ins, valued from the model, age, meter, and condition.
The value comes off the rental of a new ASG machine. Send a photo and the model on WhatsApp for a first valuation.
Do you accept machines that no longer work?
Yes, ASG still takes dead machines, valued at a special price.
What about the data on the old machine's hard disk?
ASG lets you keep the old machine’s hard disk or SSD.
Modern photocopiers store copies of printed and scanned documents, which matters for clinics, notaries, and any office holding personal data.
The disk is removed before the machine is collected, and the trade-in value is then slightly lower.
Can I trade in toward buying a machine instead of renting?
Yes, ASG trade-ins also work toward buying a machine. ASG first looks at which machine you need, then works out the trade-in value.
My machine is rented from another vendor. Can I trade it in?
A machine rented from another vendor can’t be traded in at ASG, because it belongs to that vendor, not to you. ASG can install a new machine on the day your current contract ends.
How long does it take?
ASG replies with a first valuation within 1 working day. Once you agree the trade-in price, the new machine is delivered in about a week.
