Where can I rent a copier or printer in Lombok?

ASG Nusa, the PT Aneka Sarana Grafika branch at Jl.

Airlangga No.5E, Mataram. We rent and service Kyocera, Epson, and HP copiers and printers for hospitals, offices, and hotels across Lombok, including Gili Trawangan.

Four technicians work out of Mataram, and toner, repairs, and parts are included in the rental.

What is ASG Nusa?

The Google Maps name of the PT Aneka Sarana Grafika (ASG) branch for Nusa Tenggara. It’s the same company as ASG Bali, with the same contracts and billing.

Do you serve Gili Trawangan, Gili Air, and Gili Meno?

Yes, ASG serves all three Gilis. ASG Nusa technicians come on a schedule, following the boats from Bangsal, once every 2 weeks. The 3-hour guarantee doesn’t apply on the Gilis.

Is Kuta Mandalika inside the 3-hour area?

Not yet. ASG Nusa serves Kuta Mandalika on a schedule. For urgent breakdowns, we do our best to send a technician from Mataram the same day.

Is ASG Mataram still on Jl. Sunan Giri?

Not any more. The ASG Nusa office is now at Jl. Airlangga No.5E, West Mataram. The Jl. Sunan Giri III No.20, Sekarbela address is no longer used.

Can you repair a printer not rented from ASG in Mataram?

Yes, ASG Nusa repairs your own Kyocera, HP, and Epson business printers in Mataram, even if they were not rented from ASG. We check the machine first and quote before any work. See repairs for your own copier.

Yes, ASG's starting rental price in Lombok is the same as in Bali. Only Gili locations have an extra fee.
